Some searches begin with a model number; others start with a project that still needs a materials list. Send whatever you have, and we’ll help work out the details.

Pricing

How we calculate the fee

10% of matched seller cost · $50 minimum

Matched seller cost includes the items, required seller or platform charges, and quoted shipping to your location. For a materials list, we use the total across all approved items. We’ll show you that cost, our exact fee, and the combined subtotal before you accept, with seller tax and duties kept separate. You keep any savings below your budget and purchase directly from the approved seller or sellers; our fee is due only when you accept a match.

Example: A $700 seller cost means a $70 fee, while a $300 seller cost means the $50 minimum applies. Any option over your budget requires your approval.
Cancellation: Cancel before accepting a Match Summary and owe nothing. Our refund, cancellation, and digital delivery policy explains what happens after payment.
Scope: lawful, non-regulated goods and equipment. Screening uses available seller and listing information; it is not a physical inspection or authenticity guarantee. We do not accept real estate, securities, firearms, controlled goods, or transactions requiring a professional license.

How it works

What happens after you send a request

Your request

Your must-haves, deadline, and delivery area help us narrow the search, whether you already know the exact item or are still working out what a project needs. The maximum seller budget covers the items and required shipping and charges, with our fee, tax, and duties separate.

The search

We use your requirements to find sources and check seller and listing details, putting together a bill of materials (BOM) when the project needs one. You’ll then see the proposed match, matched seller cost, our exact fee, and the combined subtotal.

Your decision

You can review the proposed match before deciding whether to go ahead. If you accept, you pay the agreed fee, receive the purchase details, and buy directly from the approved seller or sellers. You owe nothing if you decline.
